Delivery

Dispatch

Weekday orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day, later orders will be dispatched asap the next working day. The majority of orders are shipped with Royal Mail second class and are usually delivered in 2 or 3 business days.

UK Shipping

We have a flat rate shipping cost of £3 which includes ALL areas of the United Kingdom plus the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Orders over £50 benefit from free shipping.

EU Shipping

We have a flat rate shipping cost of £12. Orders over £100 benefit from free shipping. It may not be possible to send certain items to some locations.

Order Cancellation

Please get in touch by phone or email, it should be possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.

Returns

Please contact us if you would like to return goods to us within 14 days of receiving them. Unfortunately we cannot accept fabric that has been cut to order.
